Healing Circle #1 — The Power of Rest is a small, sacred gathering for women who are learning to say “no” with grace and to choose peace without guilt. Guided by Dr. Quiana M. Shamsid-Deen, this 90-minute circle blends grounding, gentle reflection, and brave sisterhood.
